AI-first outreach campaigns for Microsoft 365

Your agent writes the campaign. You approve it before anyone gets it.

Tell your agent who to write to. It builds a personalised campaign and hands it to you in AgentMailMerge. It sends from your Microsoft 365 mailbox, and nothing goes out until you say yes.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Done. I built one template for 86 people. Two have no first name on file. Should I fill in a neutral greeting, or leave them out?

Good to meet you last week

Hi Priya, thanks for coming along last week. I would like to hear what you took away, and whether a short call next week would help.

If this is not for you, the link below takes you off my list.

All 86 ready. No missing fields, invalid addresses, duplicates or suppressed addresses.

Starts Monday, 09:10. About 30 a day, within the daily cap you set.

From a sentence to a finished campaign

You talk to your agent. It does the setup. You stay in charge of what leaves your mailbox.

  1. 1

    Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox

Add the server to your agent. It starts Sign in with Microsoft and connects your mailbox.

  2. 2

    Say who and what

Describe the campaign. Your agent writes one template with merge fields, loads the list and fixes whatever validation flags.

  3. 3

Look it over in the app

Your agent sends you to AgentMailMerge. Check a few recipients' emails, the count and the schedule, then approve.

  4. 4

Let it run, step in any time

Emails go out a few at a time over the days ahead. Pause or cancel whenever you like. The report shows unsubscribes and bounces, plus opens (approximate) and clicks once you add your own tracking domain. We detect replies so your agent can follow up.

What if the agent sends something wrong?

It is the right question to ask of any agent with access to a mailbox. Two things stand between a mistake and your recipients.

Nothing sends until you approve it

Your agent builds the campaign, then hands it to you. In the AgentMailMerge app you can preview the email for any recipient, see how many people it reaches, which mailbox it sends from and when it will finish.

Your agent can only approve its own work if you switch that on yourself.

Problems are caught before you look

Before your agent asks for approval, validation checks the template and the list. Missing merge fields, invalid addresses, duplicates and suppressed addresses are reported to your agent, which fixes them first.

Addresses on your account-wide suppression list are left out of every batch, even if your agent includes them. So what reaches you for review has already been through a check.

The limits are part of the product

They apply whichever agent you use, and they are enforced by the service, not by the agent.

  • Spaced out, not in a burst

Sends are spaced at random across the day and counted across all your campaigns on that mailbox. A long list simply takes a few days.

  • Your own mailbox

Mail leaves from your real Microsoft 365 mailbox, under your name. Microsoft 365 allows 10,000 recipients per rolling 24 hours, and you set a daily cap per mailbox.

  • One-click unsubscribe

Emails include an unsubscribe link by default: one click and the recipient is off your list, no sign-in needed. They go on your account-wide suppression list and won't be mailed again from any campaign.

Honest about what this isn't

Not a bulk or newsletter sender

Microsoft says bulk commercial mail belongs with bulk providers. This is paced, personal-style sending from your own mailbox.

Not for Gmail or other providers

AgentMailMerge works with Microsoft 365 mailboxes only, including shared and Send As mailboxes you have rights to.

Not another place to write

The app is where you review and approve. Campaigns are written through your agent, so there is no second editor to learn.

Start from the agent you already use

Add the server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client. Sign in with Microsoft starts from your agent, in the conversation.
